Sustainability is often considered in relation to the physical product being produced (the quality of the components sourced, the carbon footprint related to manufacture, the various challenges around distribution and the end of life or potential circularity of that product).
What is often overlooked, but is an equally important part of the equation, is how the brand operates in making that tangible item.
It is all too common to find lengthy sequential product creation processes, requiring a high amount of manual input which is often duplicative, yet doesn’t always produce the best outcomes- resulting in longer timelines, increased overheads and pressure on teams to deliver under unrealistic conditions.
What if we took a step back; harnessed the power of collaboration, created replicable dynamic processes, and leveraged technology to increase overall efficiency and boost brand potential?

I am very passionate about creating great product, maximising efficiencies, working with great people & creating positive experiences.
I believe that these are all intertwined & that one should never be at the expense of the other. I have been fortunate to have had a truly global career & I want to bring all those learnings/ best practices to the brands that want to build better together.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Krystyne is an entrepreneurial spirited leader with extensive global experience within the Product Retail Industry. Throughout her career she has worked with independent designers Ioannis Dimitrousis, Emma Griffiths London, and internationally recognized high profile brands Wings&Horns, Reigning Champ, Lululemon, Adidas, Marks & Spencer, and Thomas Pink.
She has also been involved in commercialising many high profile Brand collaboration projects including: Pharrell Williams, Robert Geller, Roksanda Ilinčić, Paul Pogba, & Golden Bear.

Her defining attribute is her proficiency in end to end product lifecycle management from concept to consumer (covering design, development, production, distribution and sales).

Her proven abilities include managing costs, developing new business & building high performing, collaborative teams, to name a few. She is committed to leading by example; with integrity, driving teams to success- through instigating change to maximize efficiency & enhancing performance potential of the teams/ brands she works with.

A common thread throughout her career so far, is staying agile & consistently getting results leveraging the power of collaboration.
